We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial gameplay.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the service.
• Do not use cheats, bots, or abuse multiplayer systems.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.

Purchases and Billing

Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Web purchases are processed by supported payment providers. Refund handling is subject to the policy of the platform where the purchase was made.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, security, and compatibility.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race To Next Week is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
